First Impressions App Development Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13708714, registered office 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect through this site is what you choose to give us via the contact form: your name, email address, the type of project you select, and any message you write. We do not use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking on this site, and we do not collect personal data from visitors who don’t submit the form.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, to discuss your project and provide a quote. We don’t use it for marketing, sell it, or share it with anyone except as described below.

Legal basis

We process this information under the “legitimate interests” basis in UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — responding to enquiries you’ve chosen to send us — and, where your message forms part of a subsequent contract, under Article 6(1)(b) to take steps towards entering that contract.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are handled by Netlify, Inc., our website hosting provider, which processes the submission and stores it on our behalf so we can read and respond to it. We don’t share your information with any other third party, and we don’t sell it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, for the duration of that relationship and for as long as required afterwards for our accounting and legal obligations. If your enquiry doesn’t lead to a project, we delete it within 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it; and
  • complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), if you think we’ve got something wrong.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
